In the other three ties in the last eight, Barcelona meet Roma, Juventus face Real Madrid while Liverpool take on Manchester City. Meanwhile, Bayern will play the first leg in Spain at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan before the second leg at the Allianz Arena.
The first legs are set to be played on 3 and 4 April, while the return matches are scheduled to take place on 10 and 11 April.
The Spaniards advanced to this round after impressively beating Manchester United 2-1 in the last-16. Yet, the reigning German champions were also in imperious form as they demolished Besiktas 8-1 on aggregate.
Nonetheless, the Bundesliga leaders are taking nothing for granted ahead of the two matches next month. Sporting Director Hasan Salihamidzic told the club's official website: "I'm looking forward to the game. It won't be easy, Sevilla knocked out Manchester United."
Meanwhile, defender David Alaba also agreed that facing the Vincenzo Montella-coached outfit won't be a simple task. He added: "It's certainly not an easy draw. You don't get this far by chance."
It'll be Bayern's first ever meeting against Sevilla who famously won the Europa League trophy three times in a row between 2014 and 2016.
